JoyfulMoment began in 2012 when founder Isabella Chen organized her first community fundraiser in Toronto. What started as a passion project to bring people together quickly evolved into something much larger. After witnessing the profound joy and connection that well-planned celebrations could create, Isabella realized she had found her calling.
The company officially launched in 2013 with just three team members and a simple mission: to transform ordinary moments into extraordinary memories. From humble beginnings organizing birthday parties and small community events, JoyfulMoment has grown to become one of Canada's most trusted party planning services, operating across major cities from Vancouver to Halifax.
Over the years, we've had the privilege of planning thousands of celebrations – from intimate family gatherings to grand corporate galas. Each event has taught us something new about the power of bringing people together and the importance of attention to detail in creating magical moments.
